The article I found this week is about the new hospitality market trend.


It is the baby boomers anniversary this year which means people getting 65. They do not work they have time and money. They want to change their mind and ejoy the life.
50th or 60 th or 65th are very important anniversary. That's why a lot of people goes on vacation even sometimes they invit all their family with them. Those guest will be very important because they are willing to come back every year maybe. Hoteliers have to focus on those customers to attract their atention.


They will value the market and increase the room occupancy. In fact it is a real opportunity for the hoteliers to pay atention to those guest. Every year or every 5 years the merket trend changed. And for the hospitality market, hotels have to adapt their trends to the potential guest coming that will generate the most important occupancy.

  1. Wars generated an important reduction of the world population which leads to an important amount of birth which was called the babyboom. Unfortunately now these people are getting old which is why we call this phenomenon the papyboom. This modification of the customer's segment is a real catch for hospitality companies because they represent an everyday growing part of the population which is due to the advanced in medical research & Treatment link to an improvement of the quality of living.
    Even if it is an advantage hospitality companies will still have to study & develop their service in order to respond to their needs but the advantages is that they are very numerous, they generally have more money and are more loyal than usual customers if of course the service i good.
    In term of legislation & society, everyone is trying to adapt to this modification of the population in order to move in accordance with the population in function of their habits, customs, desires their desires

    The fact is that today, hoteliers will need to change their structures to welcome the aged people, and maybe create new attractiveness.
