How travelers use online and social media channels to make hotel-choice decision

Nowadays, travelers look at search engine or social media to find the best place for vacation or business.
An analysis was made about customers research reflecting that research depends on what customer expect. the big diference is between business and vacation research. customer do not look at the same aspect of a hotel. of course most of the time customers with the same expectation look at the same reference in terms of general aspect of the travel.
Of course if I am searching for a hotel for business I will look at search engine in terms of location, quick check in and check out, transfers.. instead of if I am going on vacation I will search of teh best location near the beach of the center, the activities in the hotel, the restaurant next...
Every travelers now look at the the comments of a hotel, ask question about it on social network.
